Published by Massey University Press and written by Helen Schamroth, Vonney Ball: Ceramics surveys her unique 40 year practice and examines her influences, from Bloomsbury to Māori art and design. 

 

In conjunction with the book, Orexart presents a survey exhibition (including works for sale) which captures the essence of Vonney Ball’s output as a ceramic slip-caster and designer-maker, placing works produced in London in the 1980’s alongside new, classically inspired pieces with a contemporary twist.
